Mr. Preetam Patel joined Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology (SUIIT) in July 2025 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He brings with him over 3 years of teaching experience in the field of computer science.

He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from SUIIT, Burla. His areas of Interest include Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, Web Application Penetration Testing, Database Management Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Machine Learning.

I have completed my M.Tech from VSSUT, Burla . I am pursuing my Ph.D from VSSUT, Burla. My area of research includes application of Machine Learning Techniques for Biomedical and Genomics signal processing.

Completed Mphil and pursuing PhD from Dept. Of Business Administration, Sambalpur University. Have an experience of 12 years in teaching. Current reasearch area is Behavioural Finance and financial instruments.

Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of CSE, SUIIT. She has done B.Tech & M.tech in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Sambalpur University Institute of Information Technology (SUIIT), Burla. Currently, She is pursuing Ph.D in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla. She has 2.5 year of experience in teaching. The main area of research include Image Processing, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.

Ms. Sudeshna Pattnaik is currently working as an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science Engineering & Application, SUIIT. She has completed her M.Tech in Computer Science and engineering from VSSUT, burla and now she is continuing her Ph.D. in VSSUT, Burla. She is 3years experienced in academics. Her research interest includes Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Soft Computing and database.

Dr. Nalini Kanta Barpanda received Ph.D. in Engineering from the Sambalpur University in the year 2012. He is now working as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Electronics, Sambalpur University, SUIIT, Odisha. He has published over 65 number of research articles in various areas of Performance Analysis of Communication Interconnection Networks, Quality of Service of Optical Interconnection Networks, Image Processing Applications in Agriculture and diseases classification. Also, he has one Patent entitled “Internet of Things (IoT) Enabled Sensor Calibration System” granted on 31st December 2019. He has already supervised 06 Ph.D. scholars, 18 M.Phil. and MTech. Scholars till today.

Dr. Sudarson Jena holds a M.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University of Technology (JNTU), Hyderabad and Ph. D degree from Sambalpur University, Odisha. He has more than twenty-one years of teaching, research and administrative experience. Have guided 32 PG dissertation thesis, 7 Ph.D thesis and currently guiding 6 more. Have 80+ publications in journals, book chapters and Conference proceedings. Filed 4 in inter-disciplinary patents. He serves as an editorial board member and reviewer of various reputed international journals published by Springer, Elsevier, ACM etc. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, Life Member of Computer Society of India (CSI), Association of Indian Science Congress and ISTE and Senior member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology. He is associated with SUIIT from 2017 and is currently working as Professor in the Department of Computer Science Engineering and Application. His areas of interest include Parallel and Distributed Computing, Performance and Reliability analysis of Interconnection Networks, High Dimension data, Machine learning, Soft Computing and Big data Analytics.
