SUIIT will have M.Phil. in Electronics programme with effective from 2017-18 academic year. The session will commence from June to May every year. The Examination rules of M. Phil Guidelines of Sambalpur University will be followed.

Eligibility
Candidates seeking admission must have passed M. Sc Electronics or M. Sc Physics of Sambalpur University or an examination recognized by Sambalpur University/UGC/AIU as equivalent thereto, having secured 50% marks in the aggregate or having secured an overall grade point average (OGPA) equivalent to 50% of marks by conversion.
Selection
The selection will be done through Written Entrance Test, Career Mark and Viva-Voce with 60%, 30% and 10% weightage respectively. Absence of a candidate either from Written or viva-voce or both shall disqualify him/her for admission.
